Sebastian Inlet State Park Melbourne Beach Florida

Campground and park Review

Sebastian Inlet State Park and the McLarty Treasure Museum Melbourne Beach Florida

I hoped on my bicycle of adventure and took a day trip in to Sebastian Inlet State Park. This park features river fun and beach fun. I also has some cool fishing piers and jetties to play on. It has a boat launch as well. Sebastian Inlet State Park also as a full facility campground which seemed nice, even though I camped out in the very nearby Long Point Park campground and just rode my bike over. The State park features lots of some cool salt water fishing fun. I took a walk out onto the huge fishing pier. It was just a dollar to get in with my bicycle.

Now Sebastian Inlet is on the Treasure Coast of Florida and after seeing all the wildlife, and having some fishing fun, and some splash in the water fun, a great idea is to check out the The McLarty Treasure Museum.

The McLarty Treasure Museum is not to miss if you get into this area, and would enjoy a taste of the active history of the treasure coast. It was only like a buck for admission and it featured cool pirate history, actual treasures recovered from wrecks, Native American history of the area, vintage wepons and a whole lot more. The museaum and the State Park make great companion visits.
